Analytics Expert To Fully Implement Google Analytics On Client Accounts

I currently manage over 25 different Facebook and Google advertising accounts and I'm looking for someone to fully implement google analytics into all of the accounts so we can see what is really going on between organic vs paid traffic.

As part of the interview process, we'll both hop on Skype to see if we like each other and want to work together. As part of the interview, I'm mainly looking for skill so I'll be walking through several of my client's accounts and asking you what improvements you would make or how you would go about setting up a new account.
