Responsibilities
- Customer support. Review, respond to or assign customer requests.

- Testing and documentation. Assist in the testing of development work, internal and client facing documentation.

- Accounting. Help with preparation of invoices, usage checking, reconciliation of payments, preparing payroll and superannuation in Xero.

- Marketing and sales tasks. Online research, data preparation, mailings, CRM.

- Misc tasks. Data processing, research, personal requests.

Activities
- monthly processing of invoices
- fortnightly processing of payroll
- regular reconciliation of payments in billing and accounting systems
- regular processing of documentation from developers
- regular execution of testing from developers
- taking on as much Joomla and general customer support enquiries as possible
- help with organising and writing of documentation
- market research and sales activities
- misc research and administrative tasks

Need. Ideally, you have the following items
- home or office based computer and internet connection (not an internet cafe)
- broadband access to the internet
- computer, video cam and microphone
- reliable environment for being online (power, computer, connection)

Skills
- experience or ability to learn Joomla required
- helpful to have experience with online services Campaign Monitor, cPanel, Freshbooks, Xero, Zendesk, Google docs, Skype, Google Chat.
