Part-Time Admin Virtual Assistant skilled in Kajabi with excellent spoken and written English

Job Description:
Hi there, could you be the perfect addition to my growing team? I’m looking to hire a conscientious part-time virtual assistant to help me manage and grow my online teacher training company (run through Kajabi) and work within my existing small team on administrative tasks, content development and creating efficient systems for my business.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Skilled in managing and creating content on Kajabi
Graphic design skills (using Canva, creating editable documents, ebooks etc)
Effective communicator
High levels of initiative/self-starter
Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Addevent and Calendly)
Excellent
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills

I am an Early Years Maths Consultant specialising in online training. I help practitioners who work with children aged 3-5 to improve their one maths subject knowledge and their pedagogical understanding of how young children best learn mathematics
I write content, run a number of memberships, work with my clients over Zoom and present at conferences all over the world
I am highly creative, knowledgeable and passionate about what I do and need my employees to care about the impact we can have on people’s lives as much as I do

I live in a very rural and beautiful part Wales in the UK where I love to walk my dog and enjoy the gorgeous countryside

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Key support in managing Kajabi: Setting up funnels, adding content, video editing,
Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
General admin tasks
Organising
10 hours per week (expected to increase)
