Working within a fast-paced Marketing Division, the Paid Media Executive is responsible for driving growth and profitability from paid digital marketing activities for a variety of partners (clients) within the sports, health and wellness sectors.
Activities include Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social Media, alongside undertaking additional complementary digital marketing activities where campaigns require. The Paid Media Executive will be using tactics such as paid search, display, retargeting, video, and paid social media, with a sound knowledge of scale models, performance marketing, product marketing and ecommerce.
Supported by the wider marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing effective Paid Media strategies across multiple channels and platforms, with strong practical implementation, tracking and analysis skills.
Day-to-day you will be in the accounts optimising campaigns, compiling detailed reports to highlight opportunities, threats, trends and ROAS/ROI from marketing campaigns whilst analysing and monitoring user behaviour, customer journeys, and managing omni-channel marketing activities. Depending upon experience and your skills this role could encompass other tasks such as marketplace advertising, and affiliate programme management.
- Plan, coordinate and execute paid media strategies and campaigns

- Liaise with partners and clients directly detailing project tasks, collating feedback and compiling client-facing reports
- Present new, innovative marketing platforms, channels and strategies where appropriate
- Work closely with creative designers to produce relevant, effective digital collateral including blogs, online advertorials, videos, and graphics
- Work with the Management team to forecast marketing campaign growth
