We are a successful jewelry wholesaler and retailer based in the UK, and we are looking for someone to answer our messages on eBay.

This is an ad hoc job or as-needed only. Ideal for freelancers with full-time work, looking for extra ---------- TE: The applicant needs to be someone with experience in eBay messages and Shopify and able to work without supervision.


Job Description:

Reply to messages on eBay during busy days. Process refunds, replacements, and cancel requests when necessary. Document the requests.


Requirements, Skills & Qualification:

- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Familiarity with eBay and Shopify
- Proficient in Excel/G-Sheet/Spreadsheets
- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
