E-commerce VA For Shopee, Lazada

We are an e-commerce company based out of South Korea & Singapore. We sell on leading e-commerce marketplaces in Singapore. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing company for support of current markets for regional expansion into Tier 2 markets. This role reports into Philippines Market, Territory Manager.

[What we’re looking for]
Very detail oriented, hardworking
The ability to take the initiative and solve problems
The ability to manage time effectively
Communication skills
Proficient in written and verbal English
Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets

[The main responsibilities are]
Listing new products on our online stores on different ---------- anize and follow up cases by calling or emailing e-commerce platform (E.g., refund/return, complain, fraud)
Assisting in administrative tasks such as filling out spreadsheets on customer details, downloading/sending of documents, etc.
Reply 100% to customer’s chat inquiries within a stipulated time frame. Attending all customer service inquiries including exchange, refunds and product knowledge.
Tracking of competitor’s pricing and analysis reports
Product hunting for us to expand our business
Ad Hoc service requests with merchants, follow up

[Some basic requirements we would need from you]
Modern desktop or laptop computer
High speed, reliable internet (5Mbps or faster)
Ability to work and take phone calls in a quiet environment
Quick and responsive (by WhatsApp or Slack) and respond to requests.

[Additional bonuses but not mandatory]
1-2 years VA experience
Ability to design from scratch new posters/layouts
Call center, Customer service experience, frontliner experience are a plus
Intermediate Photoshop, Canva and video editing experience is a good bonus
Relevant experience in leading South East Asia e-commerce platforms – Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, Qoo10 and more
