JOB OVERVIEW

The Customer Support Representative will be in-charge of processing the customers’ documents for account verification.

Job Responsibilities:
• Verify, analyze and process KYC documentation
• Validate customer information in line with KYC documentation
• Perform tasks according to procedures and guidelines
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within the specific time frame set
• Constant communication with supervisor and internal team
• Data reporting

Qualifications:
• Interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written English
• Analytical skills to properly analyze stated information and for correct judgement on KYC documentation
• Time management skills (multitasking on daily basis)
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work in Makati City, Philippines
