(Although we might hire two part-time reporters, this is NOT a temporary position.)

You would monitor local websites and observe meetings online, writing stories based on what you see and based on follow-up questions, when appropriate.

This is envisioned as a half-time or full-time position. Full-time work would add feature story writing. We're 16 hours behind your time zone. You would typically work Tuesday (our Monday) through Saturday (our Friday), on a flexible schedule that suits your other interests and obligations.

If this sounds like something that would be of interest to you, please include the code “CITYjolt" in the “Subject:” of your reply.
