Customer Service Representative ( with experience in Automotive)

We are looking for someone to help us manage the day to day business tasks for a car windscreen company in Australia. Someone to handle and receive all calls from clients as well as scheduling technicians on the ground, doing research and data entry.

We are a boutique Windscreen Company in Australia and we provide Windscreen Repair and Replacement Services for all types or cars and trucks.

Pickup incoming phone calls and quote clients on Windscreen Replacement and repair in Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane

Requirements
Excellent in customer service on the phone
Excellent communication skills
Be able to learn new skills quickly
Have automotive industry experience in the past

this is a full time from 8am -5pm Aussie Time
