We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer/Support Specialist to join our team.
Your Role:
You will learn everything there is to know about our product, and implement QA testing and procedures to ensure our apps can transition smoothly from staging to production. You will communicate directly with dev to ensure issues are resolved. You will communicate with the product team, if you identify UX/UI issues you believe should be addressed. You will also be on hand to provide our customers with tech support.
Working time zone:
You must be able to work partially in sync with CEST and EST time zones.
Requirements:
- 4+ years QA experience
- Experience writing test cases
- You must own Apple and Android devices, so you can test the app on these platforms
- Strong verbal and written English
- Familiarity with Figma
- Familiarity with agile processes
