Our Company -
Sonnee Investments, LLC is a small, high-performance real estate investment company looking for a full-time Real Estate Wholesale Acquisitions Manager to fill a void in our sales team. Your PRIMARY job will be to cold-call and generate leads for our company.

We currently operate in the Florida, Georgia and Tennessee markets. Future expansion to other states is currently in discussion.

What We Need From You -
This is a mostly-commission based role. Your base pay will be $400 per month. For every property you put under contract and successfully close, you will receive $50 bonus per property closed. We will provide the tools and support our Acquisitions Manager needs to perform at their very best. Year-end bonuses are also given. This, of course is contingent on performance and being results-driven.

If you can think on your feet and are an assertive, self-directed, and goal-oriented person with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, you may be a good fit for our company. We are seeking to fill the position with someone who does not get intimidated, offended, or depressed when facing rejection. Someone who understands that the "fortune is in the follow-up" and is relentless with following up on leads, as well as someone who is very skilled at handling objections, managing time, and prioritizing work.

Ideally, we would like someone with proven success as a Wholesale Acquisitions Closer and/or Manager, but will consider someone from other sales roles.

While this lucrative position is tailor-made for a true closer to fit with our company culture - you must genuinely approach it from the point of view of helping the seller find a solution that best meets their needs.

This will be primarily a virtual / phone acquisitions position and you will be mostly working from home so an environment conducive to professional sales calls and a stable internet connection are requirements.

While we expect you to already have experience in real estate wholesaling, we will provide training - all training will be ---------- is a requirement to go over all of our training videos and scripts - this will set you up for success and an increase in closed deals.

Daily meetings via Zoom each weekday are required. Other than that, hours are not set and will vary based on when leads come in or when homeowners can be reached and when you have follow-ups scheduled. These may include weekdays, evenings, and weekend hours, but our marketing team is actively cold calling, texting 10am-7pm (Eastern time zone), Monday-Friday so these are the most active times.

To Apply YOU MUST -
-Be able to work from home in a quiet, comfortable setting for extensive hours throughout the day
-Have a good internet connection, this is vital for the company’s success, as well as yours
-Be available 7-days a week, if ---------- pecially for follow-ups with hot leads
-Be VERY proficient in speaking and writing English
-Be available from 10am-7pm (Eastern time zone), Mon-Fri (expect to work Sat and Sun based on hot leads, following-up)

Role Responsibilities -
-Immediately contact and vet seller leads while quickly building rapport and trust
-Manage lead information and sales activities in company CRM - Podio
-Tracking Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly KPI's
-Schedule inspection appointments, consult on best options, and present possible solutions
-Evaluate a property based on data obtained online, via the phone, including sales value and the cost of rehabbing the home (we will teach this to someone new to the industry)
-Build rapport with the sellers, overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase agreement contracts
-Managing follow-up and relationship-building in the pipeline while prioritizing “hot” seller leads
-Must be able to follow company's closing sequence
-Be motivated to bring in outside business for additional income

Qualifications -
-2+ years of commission-based sales experience
-Confidence in your ability to close and great at reading people
-Proficiency in Podio, Call Rail, Mojo Dialer, Ring Central, Google Tools, Microsoft Suite
-Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities in general
-Acute attention to detail with IMPECCABLE FOLLOW-UP SKILLS
-Fast-starter
-Self-directed
-Looking to win at sales by providing true value to clients
-Must have a fast working computer, great internet connection, noise cancelling headset for cold calling
-Must send one or two prior recordings of cold calls with sellers!
-Send a recording with the following statement - "Hello, my name is Karen. My company, Sonnee Investments is looking to buy 5-7 houses in your neighborhood. We just wanted to know if you were interested in selling your home?"
