Graphic Designer (Adobe)

We are seeking a creative freelance graphic designer with Adobe software expertise to work alongside our existing design team, who can work on designs for web and print. The designer will concept and build designs for web banners, sliders / image rotators, web ads, icons, post cards, flyers, information pieces, posters, newsletters, eblasts, and other marketing pieces.

REQUIREMENTS
[-] Bachelors Degree or other education in Graphic Design or related program preferred.
[-] Knowledge in standard design practices and up-to-date on design trends and techniques.
[-] Comfortable with building complex layouts.
[-] Versatile in skills, with the ability to design around different styles.
[-] Comfortable with selecting typefaces/fonts, mixing colors, and selecting photographs based on the client brand / style, and ability to and understanding of the importance in staying within brand.
[-] Can communicate well with others, including working with web developers to place designs and graphics on websites.
[-] Knowledge of or awareness of responsive web design, or ability to learn how to design for responsive web design and how graphics sit in layers in a responsive web design.
[-] Better than average ability to communicate in English.
[-] Have internet access for communicating on Skype chat when needed.
[-] Work in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator
