Shopify Store Manager and Customer Service Rep

I am looking for a Full-Time Shopify store manager to handle my business.

**Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account is REQUIRED
**Experience in handling customer service concerns is REQUIRED
**Excellent written and verbal English communication skills REQUIRED
High experience with managing other staff/departments is a STRONG advantage
Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, etc) is a plus
Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus
Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage
Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Preferred)

About Me:
I am the executive marketing director for 3 multicultural and international companies, NYSFE Magazine, Pink Maison and New York summer fashion explosion fashion shows on fashion week. I have been working with Virtual Assistants for over 4 years and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me. You will be given a chance to talk with my current VA before you are hired.
