JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! I’m hiring a part-time admin virtual assistant to help me to work on administrative tasks and creating systems for my business. Potential for a long-term position as the business grows.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
Familiarity with online graphic design templates like Canva
Familiarity with Grammarly
Familiarity with newsletter autoresponder like AWeber
Familiarity with WordPress website and Divi Builder
Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management, like TravelJoy) programs
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

I own a luxury boutique travel agency delivering excellent customer service to clients.
The goal is to inspire our culturally curious clients to want to explore through weekly newsletters and relevant content given to them prior to travel
The main way to communicate to our customers is through newsletters, emails, and the website which are considered the virtual storefront.
I have very high expectations of my travel partners and all who work with me.
I move fast and expect the people who work with me to be the same way.
There are many details to attend to for the business and for the customers
I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
I give bonuses for doing a good job (If the business makes money, you should too!)

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
General admin tasks
Researching, writing, posting, and formatting newsletters.
Sourcing, formatting, and organizing photography
Organizing CRM system
Providing content to clients to get them excited about their next vacation
Initially, 10 hours per week increasing to 20 hours per week as travel resumes.

Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for great work
We give pay increases based on performance
