Video editor 90 second videos

I am a news anchor for a USA news website. I currently edit my own videos, but am short on time. I use Premiere Pro and edit green screen videos of myself into a news studio with back music and lower third. I also present videos for businesses. Should take 30 mins to 1 hour per video, 10 videos per week
