Lead Generation & Admin Team Member

Full time - 50 hours per week across 5-6 days (only apply if you can do 50 hours per week)

Looking for TWO long term tea ---------- mbers for our booming digestive health consulting business called Diet vs Disease. We are growing fast and will do over $3 million USD in revenue for 2021.

Availability:
One new member will be working across the US timezone (preferably Pacific time) and one member will be working across Europe time zone. Please advise your preference in your ---------- saying that, we require you to be flexible with your schedule so that if a tea ---------- mber needs to take a day off, you would be able to cover their shift (with 2-3 days notice of course). So the ability to be very flexible with your hours is a key thing we are looking for in this particular role.

Role: Using a unique lead generation strategy, you are required to message prospective clients from FB and Instagra ---------- ssenger, with the goal to get them to book a call with my sales team.

You will also be doing admin tasks such as data collection, transcriptions of videos, etc.

Responsibilities:
-Engaging in the specified lead generation strategy on all required social media platforms during set scheduled hours.
-This requires consistent messaging and written conversations with prospects, leading them to book a call with us if they are a good fit (you are not doing calls, you will just be messaging).
-Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance.
-Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
- Collecting data and filling out data sheets each day

Requirements:
-Experience in Facebook Messenger and Instagram direct messaging, desired
-Some experience in the fitness/nutrition industry is preferred but not mandatory
-Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
-Must have excellent written English
-Must have excellent attention to detail. This is crucial. So in order to be considered for this position, you need to write 'Attention To Detail' at the very top/beginning of your cover letter.
-Must have availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings (you will have a set schedule based off this)
-Must have fast reliable internet.
-Must have strong empathy and awareness to have messenger conversations with prospects
- Must be flexible with your schedule so that you can cover other tea ---------- mbers at short notice if they cannot work.

PAY: $600USD per month to start, with growth as our company continues to grow.
