This is a Full-Time & Long Term Position for a California based company.

We are looking for full-time VA to join our team and help with our Real Estate Appraisal business in California. We are looking to fill this position with someone that is reliable, self-motivated, eager to take on responsibility, has initiative and wants a long-term position. This position requires someone that has experience with providing a world-class level of customer service.

The main portion of this position will be managing the emails for our company and providing support to our new order entry team. This position will include corresponding via email and phone with our clients, staff and potential customers, working directly with our team in order to solve issues, working with our clients to provide order updates, answer questions and provide support to the rest of our team and serve our clients at a high level. Real estate appraisal experience is helpful but not required.

Our business does not sell anything and the position does not require any type of selling, cold calls or anything like that.

Must be able to work full-time (40 hrs/week) and not have another job or school conflicts.

Excellent English communication skills are an absolute must, both verbal and written. Must be at least a 9/10 for English speaking. A computer with reliable and fast (at least 10mbps) Internet access is also required.

This position starts out at $6-8/hr. DOE with perks such as 13th month, 2 weeks paid time off (after 6 months), paid American holidays, paid time off for your birthday, among many other perks and opportunities for advancement.
