JOB OVERVIEW

American eCom business looking for an experienced virtual assistant

To start out, your will pick up and cover following tasks in order of priority below, if needed :

1. Managing Social media (Facebook/Instagram/twitter) daily including content creation, product related posting with effective hashtags and moderation. You will drive to increase our social media acount engagement and followers.
2. Product research and uploading: identify latest and trending products to upload to our website (this goes together with the first task).
3. Customer email inquiry response: deal with order related inquiry and complaint and follow up.
4. Daily order fulfillment: fulfill new orders, check on status of fulfilled orders and send out tracking info to customers once items are shipped.
5. Handling occasional customer return/refunds
6. Basic order data entry and analysis.

Qualification:
1. Good command of English communication skills, written and spoken.
2. 3+ years doing job described above
3. Good at photo editing and video creation/editing with popular tools
4. Experience with Email Marketing or SEO a plus
5. Education: Minimum college degree
