Looking for VA to be my Blog Writer
I’m looking for a VA to be my Blog Writer for a few of my businesses in different niches (at the point in writing, maybe the pet niche and physiotherapy niche)



DESCRIPTION
The VA needs to be a fast learner and is expected to constantly keep him/herself updated to the latest trends and updates relating to the social media platforms algorithms via watching youtube videos.

He/she needs to have a very strong command in English, be highly creative, and able to write good content. Needs to undertake the task of researching for potentially relevant blog titles and then proposing it to me/my manager for approval.

He/she is preferred to have basic graphic designing skills (using photoshop, Canva etc.), video editing skills (adobe premiere pro, camtasia etc.), basic copywriting and content writing skills and knowledge in using most of the social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram. This is so that he/she can also undertake the task of creating blog creatives and then sharing the blog posts on various social media platforms.


I will expect 100% excellent communication from my VA, and to report to me/my manager timely on all status of tasks. I expect you to prepare yourself thoroughly before starting your shift work.

Most important requisite is that the VA must have a good working attitude and be 100% PUNCTUAL for all working shifts! We may need to communicate occasionally after shift hours over chat. Kindly make sure this is an acceptable term for you.

We will start with a 2-4h shift per day for a 1-2 weeks probation period. Thereafter, if your employment is confirmed, we may increase your hours. This job has the potential to become a full-time 8h shift employment for those who show high-quality results and leadership and management skills.

- Expected to deliver a Start-of-shift Report and End-of-shift Report via skype chat punctually on working days
- Expected to maintain a tracking list of hours and tasks completed daily on google sheet
- Basic skills in Microsoft Words, Excel and PPT
- Gmail, Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slides, Google Forms)
- Basic skills in using Social Media such as Facebook and Instagram Desktop and Phone App
- Good and stable internet connection (Will need to provide me with screenshot of your internet connection speed)
- Added plus if you have knowledge and experience in using Facebook Business features (e.g. Facebook Ads, Facebook Page Publishing Tools etc.)
- Added plus if you have Good creativity, artistic and aesthetic sense
- Added plus if you have Basic Photo editing skills (e.g. Photoshop, ---------- etc.)
- Added plus if you have Basic Video Editing skills (e.g. Premiere Pro, Camtasia etc.)
- Experience in blog / article content writing
