We are a relatively new business based in the UK that began in February 2021 and the company has been growing month on month.

we are now looking for a Digital Marketer to take our business to the next level.

We are an inspired fragrance company that sells dupe perfumes and aftershaves that smell like the original brands for a fraction of the cost.

We are looking for a Digital marketing specialist who is experienced and confident in;


Social Media / Email Marketing (Klaviyo) / SEO / Graphic design

Social Media - You must be confident and have experience in handling social media accounts and be able to produce fresh and relevant content on a daily ---------- velop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram. Contacting influencers, hashtag research, etc


Email Marketing - Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing our subscriber base and creating engaging, relevant content including testing to optimize results. Create marketing email campaigns on Klaviyo and set up email flows etc. Must have experience in the following;

Klaviyo Marketing Core Flows Setup:
- Abandon Cart
- Winback
- Cross-Sell
- Browse Abandonment
- Post Purchase Sequence
- Advance Audience Segmentation
- Custom Campaigns Setup for events like Valentine's day, Black-Friday, Christmas, etc
- Customer winback
- Funnel Set Up
- Advance Flows
- Create high Converting Templates

SEO

Your daily responsibilities would include:
-Send a daily report through email detailing completed and ongoing tasks
-Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
-Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
-Regularly perform thorough keywords research
-Identify key SEO KPIs
-Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
-Prepare and present reports regularly
-Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
-Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
-Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
-Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
-Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
-Expertise in A/B and other testing methods

Must be familiar with SEO tools and a good copywriter

Graphic Design - Must have experience creating Facebook / Instagram / Website design images. Should have experience using photoshop / Canva etc

Rewards and Benefits

1) Salary Php 35,000 - 45,000 Per month Based on experience (can choose weekly pay, bi-weekly or monthly)
2) 10 Days vacation leave (Starts after 3 months)

Working hours are 40 hours per week. Must be able to work in UK time zone. 9am-5pm (Monday - Friday) You must be fully committed and not have any other work commitments within these hours

Salary between Php 35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience - Plus Bonus - Vacation leave
