Sales Associate in Real Estate/Property Management

We are a top, worldwide commercial real estate company looking to hire virtual associates to join our team.

We are looking to expand our multi-family investment sales team are looking to employ a limited number of self-motivated, ambitious, and hard-working individuals.

Previous real estate experience is preferred, but not ---------- pany training will be provided.

Job Description:
-Prospecting calls to investors and property owners to build business relationships and complete real
estate transactions
-Calculating property financials to provide accurate market value analysis
-Reviewing research to increase understanding of market trends
-Oversee real estate transactions from providing market analysis, marketing property, and escrow
process

Minimum Requirements:
Fluent in Spoken and Written English
Exceptional communication skills
Bachelor’s degree from 4 year university (must have by start date- graduating seniors are welcome to
apply)
Detail oriented
Good time-management skills
