Creative VA

I am looking for some who is very creative I need someone who knows how to design websites and be very creative with the design for social media posts. I also need you to be very good at starting tasks on your own. If you cant build a website from the ground up then this job is not for you. I need someone who will be very proactive and is willing to Social Media Mangement. Have to be able to generate leads. Bounus are included.
