Customer Service/Sales Assistant-Entry/Mid Level

If you also CrossFit, please apply! :) ONE-P is looking for a high-energy, highly motivated, detail-oriented person to work as a sales assistant for our top producers. This is a full-time job. If you are interested please reply to this post with ‘purpose’ along with your resume and experience in sales/customer service. This position will help in all aspects of the sales process including:

* Helping to determine the correct products and services to offer
* Creating quotes and proposals for potential new and current clients
* Networking with the sales team
* Assist in prospecting new clients and industry
* Working closely with the sales team to create an exceptional customer service experience
* Following up on pre and post-sales activities
* Maintaining existing client relationships
* Help plan a calendar year
* Continue to educate yourself on current trends
* The main goal of the sales assistant role is to allow the sales team to constantly be out looking for new business while still supporting clients and potential new ---------- ndidates being considered will have the following qualities:

* Technical - Ability to learn new tools (Slack, ---------- , Printavo, G-Suite)
* Personable - This is going to be a CLIENT ENGAGEMENT position. The perfect person for this position is going to need to have excellent communication ---------- iendly with a customer-first attitude.
* Motivated - We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a growing company and wants to learn more and take on more.
* Excellent written skills.
* Excellent in English
* Be able to work during CST time zone specifically Chicago
* Be able to also be flexible with hours
* Wi-Fi access to communicate

Experience with printing, custom apparel, branding, retail, marketing, screen printing, customer service, and the restaurant industry are a big plus! If you also CrossFit, please apply! :)

Compensation
ONE-P Role $4-$6/hr
Will get compensated bi-weekly by ONE-P. Must track your own hours p/project. Will use the honor system for tracking p/project ---------- pending on experience and performance we are open to providing commission structure on every new client brought in.

Hours working
Our company is located in Chicago, so you’ll be working while we are open. The time in the PH will be: 10pm-7am with 1 hour break or two 15 minute breaks.
