Real Estate Data Analyst

Job Activity: 10-20 hours per week (this may vary on a weekly basis)

We are real estate company operating in the US.
To expand our team, we are looking for a data analyst to support our investment business.

This job would require excellent analytical skills, eye for detail and the following experience of minimum of 3 years:

- Google Suite - Docs, Slides and Sheets: Usability of formulas for data manipulation and analytics purposes is required.
- Data query and extraction from different systems (via UI)
- Data analysis and fulfilment, data manipulation & cleansing activities
- Data conversion between different formats - *.csv to GoogleSheets
- Data quality and consistency checks
- Task will require to work with different Lead Generation Platforms and CRM systems
- Willingness to collaborate in team and share your experience with the team colleagues

Additional activities:

-Lead generation activities
-Market research activities using different inputs (e.g. websites, maps) and various platforms e.g. Zillow, Redfin, Realtor, etc.
- Java Scripting experience would be a plus

Proactive thinking along with us is a must. And most important, willingness to learn and grow together :-)

We will provide the training and documentation about the activity required and collaborate with you on a regular basis.
