Responsibilities:
• The operations manager will work closely with account managers, candidates, on-boarding eam, accounting, payroll, training team and clients to ensure end-to-end process with regards to staffing, training and deployment of contingent staff at clients Organize and maintain attention to details to ensure accuracy of documentation, contracts and proper record keeping
• Ensure deadlines are met for self and for the team
• On-going review of processes to identify gaps to set up check & balances
• Owns the operations process and track open items to closure in a timely manner
• Coordinate timely onboarding, invoicing and payroll processing in co-ordination with the bank office
• Be the point of contact/liaison between the business and bank office team
• Not be afraid to try, learn and adopt new tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience working in improving processes and reducing delays/errors in the IT Staffing, Recruitment or Professional Services industry
• Someone with a sense of ownership to manage the various operational processes
• Must be good with math (business arithmetic)
• Strong excel skills (formatting, using formula, working with large data)
• Basic photoshop and pdf editing skills
• Excellent persuasion and communication skills
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and get the job done
Infrastructure Requirement:
• Computer to work from home that can run all modern enterprise software like Outlook, Teams etc.
• Have Microsoft office Installed on computer
• Working headphone, mic and camera
• Reliability and Availability is very critical: Broadband internet with a back-up option
• Stable power/electricity. If in an area of frequent power cuts, a back-up invertor/generator is required
