Candidate Sourcing Specialist
We are looking for a Virtual Sourcing Specialist to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster
You will be responsible for CV screening, sourcing, and building talent pipelines by utilizing diverse sourcing mediums including social media, job boards and data mining techniques.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
• Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
• Collaborate with Managers to identify each position’s requirements
• Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
• Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and exercise a high degree of professionalism through interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Must have a strong client service mindset, detail oriented, a positive team-centric attitude balanced with the ability to work independently
