JOB OVERVIEW

Candidates must have 1-year experience doing admin, marketing tasks for a real estate office.
Must have a fluent English Accent.
Must have experience using DotLoop, doing transaction coordinator tasks
Proficient using Windows & Google office apps
Ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis and deliver results
Responsible for making sure deliverables are completed before deadlines
Must have excellent communication skills
Creating dotloop accounts
Onboarding real estate agents
Detail-oriented
Reliable

Main Responsibilities:
1. Answer the office phone line and note agent requests and forward them to the appropriate department.

2. Create a ticket of Agent request and follow up till completion.

3. Provide updates to agents based on their ---------- STRUCTIONS PLS READ:
