Social Media Manager Wanted! (Instagram)

Symple Marketing is looking for a witty and personable Full-Time Social Media Manager (Instagram) for brand launch in the women's lifestyle/empowerment/health niche.

You will be in charge of managing, outlining and planning social media content (Instagram) which will include engaging with our audience and aiding trendy ideas for upcoming campaigns.

Your job scope includes the following:

- Create original content (Instagram stories, social media feed posts etc.) that relates to the brand’s ---------- -depth market research and analysis to drive initiatives via influencers. Stay informed on platform and latest trends, think out of the box and establish processes for scaling the campaigns.
- Researching targeted hashtags to reach their target follower.
- Responding to comments, tagged photos and DMs.
- Monitoring analytics and using the results to optimize the brand’s account.
- Create engaging campaigns and ideas for influencer activations including gifting, selected paid partnerships among others
- Build out the influencer network and relationships for the brand in the U.S. market
- Identify new opportunities, social media trends and stay up-to-date with trends in the women's lifestyle/empowerment/health industry.
- Educate and make public aware of the products and services of the brand.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and create clear calls of action that converts engagement into sales.

We need someone who is:
- Able to communicate and read fluently in English.
- Proven track record of managing Instagram accounts.
- Must have good Graphic designing and Art Direction skills
- Must be able to work independently and creatively.
- Proactive & Takes Initiative
