We are seeking for a creative and results driven Digital Designer to join our small team.

Responsibilities:


- In-charge of producing effective creative materials that are in line with clients and Company’s branding and aesthetics

- Manage materials used for website, web pages, product graphics (including art direction of photography), promotional emails, email template, social media graphics, and banner ads

- Manage time effectively for client projects to meet deadlines

- Follow team workflow and use team tools for communication and project management

- Work with the team and clients to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards and to guarantee proper implementation within a web environment.

- Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs. Convert wireframes into simple, easy-to-use user interfaces and ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.

- Help with the QA of websites and other deliverables to ensure they are in line with mockups/designs and desired functionalities are working according to expectations and requirements of the proposed design and overall layout.

- Help with the functionality testing to ensure features are operating as they should. Testing across browsers and devices to make sure end users will have no problems browsing the site.

- Help the team find solutions to design problems and provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.

- Assist in other tasks, such as social media and web admin when there are no design tasks available, and carry on other duties as assigned

- Conscientiousness and willing to work with a team and a project manager is essential as you will be working closely with us.

- You will also be required to join our Upwork agency in order to work on some of our projects. (If you have one, please provide the link to your upwork profile as this helps with our screening process)

- We will require you to work up to 5 hours a day from 11am to 4pm (Mon to Fri) but this is negotiable. The most important for us is that deadlines are met and timely communication/reporting is being done. Preferably with no day job (PH Time).


Skills and experiences we need:

- Up to date with commercial designs and graphic trends.
- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus
- Time management and organizational skills to meet client deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills
