Ongoing work to do research and follow up with vendors and clients

I need help on an ongoing basis to follow up with clients and vendors. Some examples include:
- regularly check if a product has been delivered, and alert me if it has,
- regularly check if a client has sent any messages that require a response and let me know,
- on the day before visiting a client, call or message the client and and hired contractors to remind them

I also need help finding furniture on marketplaces like wayfair, Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, etc. that meet certain criteria (usually price, size/shape, color, and style)
