Project and PMO Analyst ( Project Manager Control Office )

We are looking for a talented, dedicated and passionate Project Manager with PMO Analyst experience, who can think outside of the box, loves projects as well as being challenged. The ideal candidate should have fluent spoken and written English skills; has a high attention to detail where every deliverable they provide is perfect and has the knowledge with PMBOK and project management body of knowledge areas.

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform root cause analysis and provide resolution to project manager requests.
- Level 2 diagnostics of various data and reporting operations.
- Creating new project management environments (within our tool) for sales and on-shore representatives
- Perform data migration / upload as required.
- Configuring the application environment as per client requirements.
- Participate and perform other implementation services, including user coaching

**Expected Expertise:**
- University-level education
- Fast and reliable internet
- Working Full Time Australia business hours (Monday to Friday)
- Fluent level of spoken and written English
- Client communication (eg, experience with working in an agency)
- Proven solid work experience of 2-5 years
