Admin and Social Media Assistant

I am a hi-end Fashion and Beauty photographer in New York City looking for a creative virtual assistant who wants to grow and learn. Some one interested in Art and Photography would be perfect for this position.

I Am looking for a fulltime assistant to help me with various admin and marketing tasks such as:
• sending invoices and contracts to clients
•communicate with clients via email
• research services and vendors for my business
•make online purchases
•help with my social media by helping write captions, run ads, hashtag research and create graphics
•website maintenance such as updating photo galleries and uploading blog posts

I would prefer someone who can do full time 40/hrs per week and you can work at your own pace.

The ideal candidate should have some experience in:
•Canva
•Squarespace
• HoneyBook
•Shootproof
• Facebook
•Instagram
•Pinterest
•outlook
•Mailchimp

Most of these platforms are fairly easy to learn so I am willing to train the right candidate.

I am looking for some one who is trust worthy, detailed oriented, a problem solver, curious and creative. There is a lot of room to grow and learn, as well as a salary a raise as we develop our working relationship.
