Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Answering customers' queries about smart devices such as plugs, bulbs, strip lights, switches, and indoor/outdoor cameras. In addition, also providing on how to set up the devices with the company application, how to troubleshoot the devices, and also making replacement requests in case the device is defective.

Job Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience of Customer Service
Has a strong and stable internet connection
Has a well-working computer
Possesses a neutral and good pronunciation skills
Ability to speak, read, write and understand English instructions in order to present information to and communicate with customers
Keyboard proficiency skills
Possess a good communication skills
Ability to attentively listen to the customer
Ability to frequently use fingers and hands to utilize computer and telephone equipment
Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers while continuously talking with a customer
Developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer's satisfaction
