Graphic Designer & VA

I own a web design, Internet Marketing and hosting company. It is a small company started in the middle of 2010.

I am looking for a graphic designer who is a Photoshop & Illustrator expert, whose primary tasks will be:
• Website concept designs (an image of how a website will look when it’s finished)
• design logo’s
• website banner images
• ebook and DVD covers
• other design tasks
• Create CSS (photoshop to CSS/HTML for wordpress)
• Edit Wordpress theme’s
• Internet Research (and creating a report or completing a spreadsheet)
• Creating spreadsheets
• Other VA work

Absolute must haves in order to be considered for this job:
• Examples of previous work – i.e. portfolio
• Very good English
• Attention to detail
• Professional manner

Not necessary but a definite advantage to have:
• Video editing & creation (creation involves being given an audio file and creating a video that suits the voice over)
• Your own facebook and twitter accounts (so I can see that you know how to use them)

This position is going to be for a talented, hard working person who will be given bigger tasks and who will have a very big future with my company if producing results.
