Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

As an Acquisition Specialist your responsibilities include:

-Cold calling a list of motivated sellers (All contacts will be provided)

-Your job duties consist of gathering information about the property conditions and existing financial responsibilities.

- All calls must take place between 8am - 3pm CST

- Once information is gathered you will report this information back to the reporting manager and s/he will provide you with a series of "offers" for the subject property.

- You will take the offers and present them to the seller in an effort to get them under contract.

Position details:

100% Remote

The position is 100% Commission based. Payouts will be provide upon property closing.

Average payout per Month $6,500.00 USD

All Lead Expenses, Training, and Software Access will be provided
