Looking for a cold calling real estate BOSS!

Seeking a tech savvy COLD CALLER that understands how REAL ESTATE INVESTING works.



This role will primarily be cold calling. You MUST be confident, enthusiastic, cheerful, a self-starter always willing to learn, and have a BOSS mentality!

You're able to figure things out on your own and you must be flexible. MUST HAVE THICK SKIN!



While most of your time will be cold calling, you will also be responsible for some administrative work such as running comps, working with docusign to prepare offers, skip tracing, pulling lists, finding leads.

Must have an understanding of Seller finance, terms, wholesaling, fix and flips

Must have a ready to learn attitude, self taught. Also, have a boss mentality! Bring an upbeat positive spirit to the team, because we like to have fun will we make some $$$

Must speak and write English. Previous experience, please do not apply if you do not have ALL of the experience above, we are looking for sharks, so make sure you come with your A game be prepared to role play during the interview process. If you're not a BOSS, don't apply. We are looking for other bosses, willing to do the work to take our company to the next level.

Your pay will be: $3.50 (USD) with opportunity for raises based on closing rates.
