Our Digital Advertising Agency is looking for a Facebook & Instagram Ad Strategist to join our rapidly growing team. The person that is the right fit for this role is a natural problem solver that constantly challenges themselves to push limits, learn more, and achieve better results.

We’re looking for someone that can not only manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns with their eyes closed but someone that can manage client relationships and direct the overall strategy for client ---------- addition to those skills, we’re looking for an excellent communicator, someone that is self-motivated, and a good fit for our team culture.

Our Ideal Account Strategist:
- First and foremost is a problem solver. If campaigns aren’t performing up to par, you have ideas on what to do to get the campaign back on track. You exhaust all resources available to them when looking for ways to improve the campaign.
- Has 2-5 years experience running successful targeted, high-spend, high-return (direct-sales) ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
- Is comfortable working with clients and is willing to learn how we specifically support our clients and communicate with them.
- Is a data & analytics nerd. You love to look through numbers and analyze what they mean. You can spot things in data that stand out and suggest campaign changes based on that.
- Stays updated on everything going on with FB ads including algorithm changes, FB Business updates, advertising policies and more.
- Is very proactive…you don’t need to be told what to do because you’re already getting it done. When you are assigned tasks you make a note of it, set a due date in Asana, and get back to their team with results.
- Can translate internal FB ad speak to clients in an easy to understand way.
- Has an ABT (always be testing) mindset…you know that nothing is black and white with Facebook campaigns and are open to (well thought out) continual testing.
- Has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing work environment with a quick turnaround.
- Has some agency experience.

This is a part-time position to start and the right candidates will be able to quickly advance to a full-time role.
