Digital Marketing Associate

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing all digital marketing activities such as link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search engines. In charge of publishing website contents, maintaining continuity of themes, streamlining navigation, and increasing online presence to potential prospects.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Manage and work closely with appointed digital agency to develop optimization strategies and ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented to increase the company's search engine results rankings.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
• Efficiently communicate and collaborate within the team to drive SEO in content creation.
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization of search engine rankings.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's website.
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
• Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
• Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans and audits to improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
• Collaborate within the team to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
• Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.
• Collaborate effectively on team projects and work independently

Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Good communications skills, verbal and written
• Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond in different environments.
• High-level of initiative and resourcefulness
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
