Sales Ops Associate (US Based Tech Startup, salary + commission)

Position Title: SALES DESIGNER/ OPS ASSOCIATE (Salary and sales commission)

Eano's Operations Associate's role is a combination of sales and operations management. . The
associate will be responsible for taking US-based customers through the journey of their home
renovation from brainstorming to getting the project quoted, started, and completed. Operations
associates are crucial for Eano as they will be the first line of communication between the
company and new clients.
Job Qualifications
1. Willing to work between 12am to 9am Philippine Time California work hours will be followed (9-hour shifts)
2. Must be available to work 5days a week - Tuesday to Sunday (rotational shift schedule)
3. Must have an existing work-from-home setup (stable and fast internet connection, video camera, and headset)
4. Fluent and professional English proficiency
5. Detail-oriented in managing multiple projects at the same time for different customers at different sales stage
6. Good memory and organization skills to properly handle simultaneous projects moving in the same direction
7. Architectural and engineering background is a plus
8. Home renovation/construction experience required
9. BPO work experience or in any similar client servicing field is a good edge 10.Google Suite
experience (Sheets, Gmail, Presentation, Docs, etc.)
11.Zoom tools usage experience

Duties and responsibilities
1. Manage client-calls
2. Oversee handled projects coming from the day-to-day client-calls
3. Coordinate internal processes for quote generation, deal closing, and vendor alignment
4. Work with the team to spot issues in the main products and processes
