At Pronexis we are concerned with connecting customers to in home service providers (Painters, pest control operators, plumbers, carpet cleaners, etc.) We have technology tools to help service providers generate leads, convert leads to customers, and manage customers for years down the road.

Position
Looking for a computer savy Helpdesk assistant. Primary responsibilities would be to set up users in our system and help call center agents troubleshoot and resolve issues with logins or soft phone accounts. General knowledge of computer operating systems, networking and internet connections, is required. Training will be provided for setting up user accounts and troubleshooting the phone system. We need this Helpdesk assistant to be available between 8 am and 4 pm in Mountain time (Utah) which is between 10 pm and 6 am in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
Set up and revoke user access to our system.
Create call center users and assign phone numbers.
Port phone numbers into Twilio and set up Trust hub accounts and campaigns in Twilio.
Respond to help desk tickets and monitor Slack for issues agents are having.
Troubleshoot and test calls with agents.

Prerequisites
Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems and providing Helpdesk support.
Dedicated team player.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requires high proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills.
Requires high degree of independent judgment and problem solving.
Have a positive, ready-to-learn attitude.

Bonus Qualifications
Phone PBX, softphone, or VoIP experience.
Twilio phone number management.
