The perfect person for this position looks for any way they might help make my day easier. This means that my Executive Assistant will spend much of their time making sure my complex life operates like a well-oiled machine.
You will help me with business tasks like keeping my entity filings up to date (along with insurances, licenses, etc), managing my calendar and helping me stay ahead of the needs of the businesses. I sometimes know what's next or what I want to respond with, but don't have the time to stay ahead of it. But, I'd want you to do much more than just helping me with my busy work schedule. Your role will also include the following tasks:
- Responding to my
- Matching calendars. Unfortunately, I have to keep 2-3 calendars for different businesses. I spend a chunk of time keeping them the same.
- Filing state and local business licenses - working with insurance brokers on coverage and payment reminders.
- Follow-up on outstanding projects.
- Helping prepare and present key reports / stats for the different businesses.

- Is an excellent communicator: both written and verbal.
- A FAST learner. I'll expose you to many, many new opportunities. If you can't pick up new concepts fast, you'll be lost and I'll be frustrated.
