Reputation Manager

THIS IS AN 8AM-5PM EST WORKING HOURS

DMA, a rapidly growing, well-established marketing agency is currently looking for a Reputation Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Naples, FL.
As a reputation manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the brand name of DMA in the good books of an online community (e.g. Social Media, Search Engines, Blogs, forums, review sites, etc).
The ideal candidate must be goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for identifying, tracking and responding to concerns that may arise pertaining to the organization’s operation. You will be developing and executing communications programs to mitigate those issues and leading the company’s crisis communications and response system.
The position requires a senior level communications practitioner with demonstrated issues management and crisis communications experience.
