Division Property Manager

Responsible for building a buyers list through code calling
Responsible for finding sellers for those buyers through code calling
Responsible for Setting appointments and Follow-up
Responsible for the full customer experience from finish until end
Sending contracts to customers
Negotiate
Run comps and #s
Post on FB, IG, CL once a day

THIS IS A COMMISION BASED ONLY POSITION

You will start in our Jr Division Training Program
Jr Division Training program is where you have 30 days to show your worth
Once you make your 2 first deals you will move up to Division Property Manager
Jr Division Training will pay you 6% of the gross assignment fee on your first deal, at time of closing
Ex: fee= 10,000 pay = $600 +

Once you close your first deal you will move up to Division Property Manager

Property Division Manager will pay 10% +the gross assignment fee on your first deal, at time of closing
Ex: fee= 10,000 pay = $1,000 +

Must have sales experience
If you do not make your first deal in the first 30 days we will no longer be able to do business with you
Must have real estate wholesale experience
Must be familiar with commission based work
