TeleSales Closer for Real Estate Course

GENERAL
Sales Closer for Virtual & In-Person Courses
$600-$800 Base Salary USD / Per month based on experience and performance PLUS commission
FULLTIME
9am – 6pm EST
Monday – Friday
Some nights and weekends
Extra time available

EXPERIENCE
At least 1-year telephone sales experience
Must have experience working with CRMs


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Close incoming warm leads via calls, texts, emails, social media, etc
Close hot and warm leads via post-event follow-up calls, texts, emails, etc
Call registered leads to confirm attendance at our events
Answer/follow-up with warm lead communication on social media platforms
Call accounts payable for payment plan reminders
Track and report KPIs
Attend weekly meetings
Attend online events and provide sales support for in-person events
Help maintain clean CRM
