Inbound Salesperson (All sales made via email)

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: $1500 USD per month plus 3% commission on all sales made.

The role

Due to an increase in business demand, we are currently recruiting for the role of salesperson. This exciting opportunity comes with the potential to make around $4000 per month. The successful candidate will be provided with leads and there is a never-ending flow of these generated by a well developed advertising and social media campaign.

They will successfully close sales by following a proven system that has been developed and refined over the years. The successful candidate will process a large number of leads and cultivate the relationship and ultimately the sale via email. Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to be extremely focused, responsive, be able to follow a system, and spend a large amount of time on a computer.

Job Specification

The salesperson will take ownership of the full sales cycle from nurturing incoming leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation and closing.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure sales targets and KPI’s are ---------- liver excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve customer service

Manage the sales inbox and assign and respond to emails appropriately.

Filter emails for leads and customers ready to join the course.

Respond to Facebook and ---------- messages that have been assigned by the Admin team.

Ensure the upselling of unlimited courses and encouraging upgrades.

Negotiating discounts with new customers when necessary.

Maximising sales and profitability for the company.

Create Loom videos for customers when necessary.

Analyse sales data to determine why people join the ---------- rry out sales administration tasks.

Provide cover for tea ---------- mbers during periods of leave.

Maintain efficient and up to date SOP’s.

Complete internal training when required.

Attend team and operational meetings as appropriate.

Work towards quarterly goals and update progress in the performance management system Lattice.

Take responsibility for your own continuing development and attend training courses when ---------- rry out any other duties that might reasonably be requested by management.

Remuneration & Benefits

This salary for this position is $1500 USD per month plus 3% commission on sales made. The successful candidate will also be eligible for performance related bonuses. With this role you have the potential to earn around $4000 per month and some of our top performers have consistently been able to make around $8,000 per month, however, that is dependent on your mindset and ability.

IELTS Advantage offers a flexible working approach, including the opportunity to work from home and flexible working hours. This role involves shift work which covers 7 days per week and the hours may vary to include am/pm shifts (Philippines time).
