Marketing and Customer Support Associate
Primary responsibilities
1. Respond to chat,
2. Monitor dashboards for sales and services.
3. Build relationships with current and potential clients by providing personalized, customer-centric service.
4. Promote the company and the product by writing and creating blog posts and other social media content.
5. Create marketing
Main Qualifications
1. Fluent in written and oral English and Filipino.
2. Knowledgeable in using work applications – MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
3. Knows how to do online and traditional research.
4. A self-starter and can work with minimal supervision.
5. Eager to learn and quick to
1. Graduate of any four-year course.
2. Preference will be given to those with experience, but graduates are welcome to apply.
Pay and benefits
1. This is a full-time position.
2. Monday to Friday schedule.
3. Competitive salary

The position is currently in a work-from-home setup but you may be asked to report periodically to the office as the need arises. We are located in Maginhawa Street, Teachers Village, QC.
