Job Overview:
- The Content Marketing/Social Media Manager is responsible for producing content for digital marketing campaigns. He/she will plan, post and promote online content on social media platforms, websites, blog posts, articles, and
- He/she shall facilitate ongoing content planning, manage day-to-day content creation, editing and promotion, and report on the results of each content marketing initiative.
- As a social media marketing specialist, he/she will create and share content from other sources, comment on posts, reply to messages, and moderate guest or member posts and community groups.
- He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing our Content and Social Media strategies in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement and manage our content and social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Monitoring and optimization of social media accounts and websites
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Content/Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Good writing and designing skills
- Excellent knowledge of
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Knowledgeable/experience in using CRM tools,
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field and/or experience
