Growing company looking for exceptional person to lead our team (Project manager) - full time

We are an ecommerce company with big stores selling different types of products online. We are looking for project manager - someone who is highly experienced in leading a big team and basic understanding in online selling & marketing.

We need someone highly experienced with hiring other VAs, train them and lead them to achieve their goals, someone who is fluent English speaker and is top performer in excel reports.

The project manager will need to:

* Learn the whole business
* Train new / existing VA's
* Hiring new VA's
* Lead the team, motivate them to push and reach their goals every day.
* Track their performance, give me a detailed end of day reports with everything achieved.
* Do online researching, find hot items and upload to our store and prepare them for selling.

Salary will start at $400/month for full time (40 hours a week) and grow as we reach our monthly goals.
