Virtual Assistant

I'm a creative entrepreneur and activist looking for a virtual assistant to help lighten my load. I have a small team I work with on production, and would love someone to help me manage operations, as well as my personal administrative needs. I would like to start with a 60-day trial period, and ideally this would become a permanent position you could grow in.

Required Experience
+ Personal assistance: Experience assisting with emails, calendars, phone calls, booking, event management, online shopping, and invoicing.
+ Social media: Staying up-to-date on social media trends, particularly on Instagram and TikTok. Posting to TikTok and Instagram, including features like IGTV and Reels.
+ Project management: keeping longer term projects and weekly tasks on track.
+ Creativity: Experience communicating with designers and other creatives, particularly musicians, photographers, and writers

Nice to Have (please mention if you do)
+ Video editing (especially for social TikTok and Instagram Reels)
+ Photo Editing, graphic design,
+ Experience in the music industry

+ Experience reaching out to press / securing clients press placements
+ Passion and experience for social justice causes

Responsibilities
+ Manage emails, calendars, phone calls, booking, event prep, online shopping, and invoicing.
+ Post to Instagram and TikTok
+ Keeping longer term projects and weekly tasks on track
+ Communicate with designers and other creatives, particularly musicians, photographers, and writers to arrange and assist with collaborations
