We are looking for an experienced and talented Philippines home-based Project/Support Coordinator who has a passion for digital, collaboratively improves processes and outcomes, and happily shares his/her knowledge and expertise. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), do not apply if you cannot work full-time.

Qualifications & Experience
At least 3+ years of project/support management experience.
Bachelor qualifications in management or related information systems degree is preferred.
Pay attention to client’s requirements and have problem-solving skills.
Understanding of web development and its technologies is favoured.
Excellent verbal/correspondence skills to communicate with clients (in all levels, including executive level).
Fluency in English is required.

Support
Create Sugar task which includes client’s instructions and attachments for the updates requested
Update client websites using the IRM Content Management System – HQi
Update client information in SugarCRM
Prepare client website audits/health checks/SEO reports/GA report
Raise system bugs and defects via sugar
Attend project/development WIP meetings
Update knowledge base articles and Help Center documents

Projects
Participate in project design/brief meetings and propose improvements if necessary
Plan and manage project schedules and due dates
Create and assign project tasks in sugar and monitor progress of each task
Supervise projects and coordinate all tea ---------- mbers to keep workflow on track
Manage project-related paperwork and documents by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
Perform a thorough audit/review of all changes done on the website project
Provide updates to the Account Manager on the status of projects

Requirements
At least 3+ years of project/support management experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
Time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
Ideally demonstrate SEO knowledge.
Basic Front-end Development knowledge
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent customer service and support skills
